Saturday night at the Pinellas Park German Club

January 7, 2012

That was one fun night at the German Club in Pinellas Park – or German American Society – as this hall is officially called. The place was packed and everyone was in an extraordinary joyful mood. Consequently, the dance floor was packed most of the time and there was a line in front of the bar.

Sepp & Heinz did their usual great job. They do know how to entertain the crowds. For some time there was a trumpet player on the stage with them and the highlight of the evening was when Tony Klepec joined them.

Three “polka punce” ladies and myself were jokingly called “a bunch of show-offs” but we didn’t mind. We did dance like a storm in one corner of the dance floor for some time. As always, with the right music, anything is possible, even fun beyond description… :)

Enjoy three videos below, they are the excerpt of this fun event. I’m sure you will recognize quite a few “actors.”
