Spring makes the world beautiful

My roses are in full bloom, so are my cannas – and yellow lantanas that only started blooming in late July last year, are covered in buds. Everything seems to be really early this spring and I greatly enjoy the abundance of flowers and early greenery. It all affects me in the most positive, energizing way and I love the feeling!

Polka from Bela krajina

I know some of you, your parents or grandparents come from Bela krajina region in southern Slovenia. Most likely you will appreciate this beautiful polka by Ansambel Vrisk – with traditional outfits, different from any place else in Slovenia, and the familiar landscape: Moja lepa Belokranjka (My Beautiful Girl From Bela Krajina).

What a wonderful world!

There’s only one more thing I’d like to share with you today. It’s a beautiful video about this planet, accompanied by the lyrics from the song What a Beautiful World. Thank you, DeWain, for sending it to me!
